At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
7-Day Exchange Policy (No Returns)
We offer exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not available.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24-48 hours of delivery through the “My Orders” section on our website.
Our delivery partner will arrange pickup of the product within 7 working days.
Unboxing Video Required
A proper unboxing video is mandatory for damaged products and size exchange requests.
Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Exchange Charges
An exchange shipping fee of ₹250 will be applicable across India.
The replacement product will be shipped to the original delivery address after the exchange process is completed.
Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during sales or with discounts are not eligible for exchange or return.
Product Condition
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange.
